Kev thauj khoom ntawm nkoj mus rau nkoj (STS) yog kev thauj khoom ntawm cov nkoj hla dej hiav txwv uas nyob ib sab ntawm ib leeg, tsis hais nres lossis tab tom thauj khoom, tab sis nws yuav tsum tau kev sib koom tes, cov khoom siv thiab kev pom zoo kom ua tiav cov haujlwm no. Cov khoom thauj uas cov neeg ua haujlwm feem ntau thauj los ntawm txoj kev STS suav nrog roj av nyoos, roj liquefied (LPG lossis LNG), cov khoom thauj loj thiab cov khoom siv roj av.
Kev ua haujlwm STS tuaj yeem pab tau tshwj xeeb thaum cuam tshuam nrog cov nkoj loj heev, xws li VLCCs thiab ULCCs, uas yuav ntsib kev txwv tsis pub cua nkag ntawm qee qhov chaw nres nkoj. Lawv kuj tseem tuaj yeem pheej yig piv rau kev nres ntawm lub nkoj vim tias ob qho tib si lub sijhawm nres thiab lub sijhawm nres nkoj raug txo qis, yog li cuam tshuam rau tus nqi. Cov txiaj ntsig ntxiv suav nrog kev zam kev sib tsoo ntawm chaw nres nkoj, vim tias lub nkoj yuav tsis nkag mus rau hauv chaw nres nkoj.
Lub koom haum maritime tau tsim cov lus qhia thiab cov txheej txheem nruj kom ntseeg tau tias muaj kev nyab xeeb ntawm STS kev ua haujlwm. Lub Koom Haum Maritime Thoob Ntiaj Teb (IMO) thiab ntau lub koom haum hauv tebchaws muab cov kev cai lij choj uas yuav tsum tau ua raws li thaum lub sijhawm hloov pauv no. Cov lus qhia no suav nrog txhua yam los ntawmcov qauv khoom siv thiab kev cob qhia cov neeg ua haujlwm rau huab cua thiab kev tiv thaiv ib puag ncig.
Cov kev cai rau kev ua haujlwm hloov pauv ntawm nkoj mus rau nkoj yog cov hauv qab no:
● Kev cob qhia txaus rau cov neeg ua haujlwm ntawm lub nkoj thauj roj uas ua haujlwm
● Cov khoom siv STS kom zoo yuav tsum muaj nyob rau ntawm ob lub nkoj thiab lawv yuav tsum nyob rau hauv qhov zoo.
● Npaj ua ntej rau kev ua haujlwm nrog kev ceeb toom txog qhov ntau thiab hom khoom thauj uas koom nrog
● Ua tib zoo saib xyuas qhov sib txawv ntawm kev caij nkoj dawb thiab kev teev npe ntawm ob lub nkoj thaum hloov roj
● Tau txais kev tso cai los ntawm lub koom haum hauv xeev chaw nres nkoj
● Cov Khoom Muag ntawm Cov Khoom Muag uas koom nrog yuav tsum paub nrog MSDS thiab UN tus lej muaj
● Ib txoj kev sib txuas lus thiab kev sib txuas lus kom zoo yuav tsum tau teeb tsa ntawm cov nkoj
● Tej yam txaus ntshai uas cuam tshuam nrog cov khoom thauj xws li VOC emission, tshuaj lom neeg thiab lwm yam yuav tsum tau qhia rau tag nrho cov neeg ua haujlwm uas koom nrog kev hloov chaw
● Yuav tsum muaj cov khoom siv tua hluav taws thiab cov khoom siv roj nchuav thiab cov neeg ua haujlwm yuav tsum tau kawm zoo kom siv tau thaum muaj xwm txheej ceev
Hauv kev xaus, kev ua haujlwm STS muaj cov txiaj ntsig kev lag luam thiab cov txiaj ntsig ib puag ncig rau kev thauj khoom, tab sis cov cai thiab cov lus qhia thoob ntiaj teb yuav tsum nruj me ntsisua raws likom ntseeg tau tias muaj kev nyab xeeb thiab ua raws li txoj cai. Yav tom ntej, nrog kev nce qib ntawm thev naus laus zis thiab kev siv cov qauv nruj, STS transfer tautxuas ntxiv muab kev txhawb nqa txhim khu kev qha rau kev lag luam thoob ntiaj teb thiab kev muab hluav taws xob.
